Global Telecentre Awards entry submission extended till March 8!
You read it right – we’re extending the deadline for submission of entries to the Global Telecentre Awards until March 8!To date, we have already received over a hundred entries from different parts of the world, but because of numerous requests for an extension, we will be accepting entries until 11:59pm GMT of March 8.
The Awards feature 6 different categories namely: Telecentre, Telecentre Manager, Telecentre Network, Telecentre Initiative, Telecentre Innovation, and Information Access Center.
To submit an entry, simply post a blog in any of Telecentre.org Foundation’s online communities in English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and French. Your blog post should highlight why your entry deserves to win in a particular category.
Spearheaded by TCF in partnership with Spark organizers and the regional telecentre networks, the Awards seek to recognize deserving individuals, networks and organizations in the global telecentre movement with the aim of driving excellence in the delivery of ICT-based services to communities all over the world.
